Two kinds of Roswell tile jobs.
Roswell has one of the more interesting housing mixes in North Fulton. On one end you have the historic district around Canton Street, the Old Mill, and the heritage neighborhoods near Mimosa Boulevard — older homes that often need tile work as part of a respectful renovation, where the goal is to update finishes without losing character. On the other end you have the established subdivisions like Martin's Landing, Willow Springs, Horseshoe Bend, and the newer pockets around Holcomb Bridge — where bathrooms and kitchens are due for a refresh after 20+ years.
We do both. Historic homes often call for classic finishes — subway tile, basketweave marble floors, penny round shower floors — that look at home in an older house. Newer subdivisions tend to want updated takes on the same ideas: large-format porcelain, herringbone backsplashes, Schluter waterproofed walk-ins.
